This was easy to apply to my hair and turned out to be a really pretty colour on my already dark hair. It lasted quite a while until I decided to redye it another colour.

Dyed my hair perfectly, I have naturally dark brown hair and I'm not usually able to dye my hair different colours due to hair not taking it but it took to this and I absolutely love it

At first I was disappointed with the colou of this because it looked black but after a couple of washes the colour started to really show and now I love it and will definitely keep using it

If you are looking for a true purple colour that takes to both dark and grey hair, this is it. It's the best I've come across. However, I find it very harsh, my scalp feels battered after it, there is more hair shedding as hair goes dry and a bit brittle and needs tonnes of conditioning. If Schwartzkopf could do this shade in one of their gentler ranges (e.g. Colour Expert or Oleo Intense), this would be perfect.

I used this to do a root stretch to correct a “hot roots” situation and it blended beautifully. It’s not a flat or matte shade it has burgundy undertones, my natural hair is a level 1 indoors it’s a rich dark shade, under light it has a lovely dark burgundy red hue and in sunlight it’s dark but with a vibrant cherry red glow. It is exactly what I wanted! The box makes it look more purple based but it is more of a dark burgundy. It hasn’t damaged my hair at all. Take into consideration the condition of your hair before applying a darker shade if it’s damaged it may come out darker and appear dull because of the porosity of your hair. For me- it’s perfect!
