Doesn't last
Seal came out of lid within the first few uses and from that point forward the cup leaked ALOT. Tried to put the rubber seal back in but it just kept falling out so no easy fix. If it stayed in it would trap dirt under it so is a bad design.

Very bad smell
The lid has a very bad smell that makes the beverage almost undrinkable.

Lovely but leaky
Lovely eco friendly cup, but sadly this one leaks. I also bought the silicone one from them which is fine.The cups stain so they don’t look clean.

Nice and handy
Nice and handy designed. The lid is a bit soft tough, but I think this is supposed to be like that. I am satisfied.
