Not supported by iPhone, and cheaply made.
I bought this product to use my over the ear headphones on a plane ride with my IPhone 8 Plus. My devise did not support the use of this product and would pop up an error code within 2 minutes whenever I tried to use it, and I wouldn’t be able to hear anything through the headphones after that point. I was able to get around it by.completely disconnecting the headphone jack from my phone and re plugging it in and I would get another two minutes to listen before it would do it again, however this piece started to come apart. The lightning plug came out of its housing.

Does not work!
I’m just now using these adapters for my headphones (I normally use a Bluetooth) and after listening for about a minute I get an error stating that my iPhone does not support this accessory This manufacture is NOT supported by Apple so Apple won't allow you to use on their phone!!!!

device not recognized by my phone
these things are garbage. I would plug them in and they would work for exactly 11 seconds and then would be rejected by my phone as an unrecognized device. don't waste your money

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE XR
Worked for about 10 seconds, then it cut out. Looked at my phone and it said, “This accessory is not supported by this device” or something like that. Now I have to call amazon bc it says it’s ineligible to return.

Scam, doesn’t work and can’t return or get a refund!
Product doesn’t work and it appears it’s because it’s not a genuine Apple product based on my research. They should make it clear that this doesn’t work. Only after I get it home and find out it doesn’t work and want to return it, I find out this product isn’t eligible for a return or refund. What a scam, sell products that don’t work and make them ineligible for returns or refunds. Do not buy this product!

Can’t be use to play music or phone calls
It’s really disappointment because first you can use them for phone calls it won’t process the sound, and when I listen to music, after a minute or two it disconnects and starts playing on the cellphone speakers, not really what I was looking for.

Do not work as advertised!!
These do not work as advertised. You cannot adjust volume or answer calls which was the purpose of me buying. Now I can’t return. I’ve sent the seller 2 messages & never got a response back. Don’t waste your money!
