RekucciWomen's Ease into Comfort Classic Bootcut Pant w/Tummy Control

Love these slacks when they arrived. Nice black black, good feel, and a solid crease. Finally found pants that were long enough.BUT when it came time to wash them it was a nightmare. Washed in cold water and hung to dry. Crease vanished and the crumpling was ridiculous. Oh, and when you try to iron them, one degree too hot and the stupid things will melt. Why would ANYBODY make clothes out of fabric like this??? Why don't they just say dry clean only if I can't wash them?? I am SO TICKED OFF!! Bite me, Rekucci.

There are so few reviews on these pants, I really have to add one.I've owned other Rekucci pants - the popular "Ease Into Comfort Bootcut" pants. I like these better.Fit: Perfectly comfortable, and the right length for my height (5ft 7in). If you're shorter you might have to hem, but that's preferable to being too tall for the pants, where there's really not much you can do. I have large, athletic thighs, and the fabric is not too tight around the thigh area, which is hard to believe. These pants stay up better thanks to the "Tummy control" elastic waistband.Fabric: The fabric is thick enough to look professional but not too thick if you need to wear these in the summer. The fabric does feel a little cheap (a bit stiff and plastic-y) but you can't tell by looking at it. The stretchiness is just perfect, comfortable for all-day wear but doesn't slouch.Features: In comparison to the "Ease Into Comfort" pants, these actually have pockets! This is the number one best thing about these pants. They only have front pockets, but those are actually large enough to fit your hand into. I could wish for back pockets so I could put my phone away. These pants also look more professional, with details like belt loops and fake button fly. You could actually wear a belt with these, either for fashion or to help hold up the pants, unlike the "Ease Into Comfort" pants.I ordered another pair and wish all my pants were like these. The only thing that could be done better is adding back pockets! Then these would be the perfect pants.

I had bought another pair of their ease into comfort "black texture" but the material was so weird so I'm returning them. THESE however, are perfect fit... for someone who has a booty and thicker thighs with slightly wider hips these fit extremely well. As you know, if you are one of those ladies, it's a struggle to find pants that fit you in the waist (no gap in the back) and fit the butt and the legs without being way too tight or way too lose. I highly suggest these. They look very professional.I'll be interested to see how they upkeep since I know some of the other rekucci products I have had start pilling after so many months. I hope these avoid this issue!

I love these pants - they feel great on and are very comfortable. They also make you look tall and slim. I am 5' 8" and weigh 170lbs - size 12 fit great, but I do have long legs and when I sit they come to my ankles. (could be a little longer for my long legs - maybe go with long). Yet they do give you a very flattering professional look. The boot cut is not a wide cut and the fabric is very stretchy and heavy. I have not washed them yet - but I will update when I do. I am going to get more. They delivered really fast too.

Let's be honest, pants are a challenge to find in a store...after trying them on...and trying on a different pair....then a different size....then a different cut....then going home sad that I couldn't find pants. These are NOT those pants, these are AMAZING! Let me tell you why...1) Great weight...the material is heavy enough for no bumps or lines! See photo- no pantylines... and I'm not wearing any 'smoothing' products. The fabric holds its own and keeps its tailored shape. The seams are substantial (see photo), often with online clothes, seams are nearly non-existent as factories try to scrimp on fabric as much as possible. These are quality.2) Great length! These hit just below the ankle (bootcut). I usually wear a long...I'm short waisted but I have disproportionately long legs. This is a 12 regular...32" (and an eighth) inseam... true to measure...actual- with measuring tape 32"3) Hugs curves.... Ok... so, I'm curvy. This has like 7-way stretch... I can sit...and they are comfy...I can stand...and they don't gap... I can (wait for it) squat ...and they don't pull (they don't pull down, they don't pull in the knees). These are better than jeans!4) Pockets.... 2 hip pockets...no back pockets...it makes for nice lines.5) Color- OMG- the picture does not do this beautiful purple justice! It will go with EVERYTHING!These are the pants I have been looking for all my life! I have a pair (two pairs) of pants from The Limited that are similar to these, a little lighter-weight fabric, but they are black (like everything in my closet...except the white shirt I'm wearing in the pic, I wanted you to see the rise and I needed a contrast color). I hope these pants wash well ... the waist band makes me a little nervous...it could roll...but the seams and fabric of these pants are AMAZING...so I am optimistic that it won't.... After a successful washing...I am going to order EVERY COLOR!!!!Only 'complaint', I wish the front was a little lower, it sits at my navel, but I'm short-waisted and I like lower rise...BUT these pants look AMAZING and feel like yoga pants (but substantial)...so just a personal preference....still going to buy EVERY color!

LOVE these pants. I am 5'5 and 137 lbs, have had two kids and was looking for pants without a front closure (that adds extra bulk to my tummy) and these are it, I normally wear a 6 and the 6 fits perfect. The regular 6 is about ~2-3 inches too long to wear with flats but perfect for heels- I will probably buy another pair and have one hemmed and keep one as is for outside work. The material is comfortable and thick enough for work and the boot cut is flattering and appreciated since most pants now are skinny at the bottom.

this material was never pre shrunk and even on low settings in my washer these pants shrunk in length EXCESSIVELY to the point of not being able to wear them at all. I purchased the charcoal coloured ones 6+ months back and loved them and never lost any length after multiple washes but these black ones shrunk horribly.

I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear and they are too tight.

Very nice quality pants. Unfortunately I had to return them because they were far too big. Ordered a size 2. Wish they came in a size 0.
