Because I’d never taken a detox before. I procrastinated... hey give me some smooth move yea and I’m good. But my stomach kept getting tight when I eat, especially meats, after a few bites I wasn’t hungry anymore And it was out of sync with the rest of my body. For one pack a gallon is a lot. For those who say it don’t work maybe you didn’t follow the directions exactly??? Because mine even stayed in the fridge with the teabag for another 2 weeks before I actually started drinking it. I thought my going everyday was normal until I took this, after 2 days it started cleansing the colon as it stated it would! My stomach is lighter and now when I do exercises I can actually feel the effects of the crunches. This is not a drink, then sit on your bottom and wait for the next glass of tea. Drink, cleanse and get up and do some form of exercise with it! And you will lose the fat and strengthen muscles! Also don’t dilute so much with sugars and honey and etc. You are defeating the purpose

This stuff definitely works! I lost 6 pounds! If your stomach can’t handle just try doing like 2 cups or 1 cup a day! But I recommend this stuff will be purchasing more

De verdad funciona baje 10 libras en una semana y si te manda al baño pero muy buen producto lo recomiendo

The flavor is bad but what i did was mix it with my favorite iced tea drink and works just as good. Gives you the runs for a good cleanse. Lost weight already. Just ordered another 👍
