The Best
Now I’ve had extreme plantar issues for over 6months and have done almost everything to even reduce the pains to no avail. It made me stop all forms of sporting activity including my beloved Saturday footie. Was depressing. Went to the doctors and was diagnosed plantar and flatfoot that I didn’t know I had. Anyways was told to get insoles and plantar support slippers etc. after buying a few especially the gel ones which are useless for plantar I came across heel that pain and Its been almost miraculous. These blue pads sit and puts pressure on points that feels a bit painful initially and as you wear them it decreases the plantar pain. They also support with emails on stretches and exercises. Really it’s been the best decision I made towards my healing. It’s just a month now and half my pain is gone although still ongoing rehab, I felt the need to give this review to help others. I follow their stretches routine twice daily, ice my feet once daily, and wears compression socks when I’m home and when I go to bed. It’s really worked for me. And get Birkenstock’s type slippers that have raised archs and depressions to further heal.

Heel (calcaneal) spur solution
Excellent product. I have been using them for 15 -20 years. Previously I ordered directly on-line from California but this is my first order via Amazon.I have heel (calcaneal) spurs diagnosed by xray. The heel pads work very well for me and allow me to walk long distances without pain or discomfort. Using the pads my heels have improved over time and I do not now need them all the time. The price has increased over time but it is still a very good solution.

Worked but caused blisters
I got these inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis.Initially I was impressed, they seemed to very quickly have a positive impact on the pain. However, as they raised my feet in my shoes they caused the worst blisters I’ve ever had.I would stress I was wearing well worn walking shoes that in over a year have never caused any pain or blisters. It took quite a while for the blisters to heal so I’m reluctant to try wearing these again. They might work for some, but for me the downside was too great.

this product works perfect.
This product does help my heels pains. It makes big different now to do my long walk using this product inside my boots. It helps to walk very comfortably. It really does relieve foot pains, but also gives perfect support for the heels. Totally satisfied with this product. I would recommend this product to any long distance walkers since it would be a good investment for their health.

Didn't work/help
Although very expensive, based on the reviews I have decided to give it a go.First couple of days it seemed that it was working however as the time passed it started to make things even worse than without them. Also, another thing, as it is made from the rubber as you're wearing them they end up taking all of the dirt so it then becomes sticky and dirty.Regret now spending so much money on something that didn't help and performed the same or even worse than similar products that cost far less.

Very flimsy where support is neededI wore
I wore them for 3 weeks, and the thinness of the central area became more and more apparent, and uncomfortable/painful, bought them because I thought the high price meant quality, they are not.

Does what it claims and better than most insoles
Like many of the other posters I had a bad attack of plantar fasciitis and by the time I bought these insoles was over the worst but still suffering ongoing foot pain. The heels do what is claimed which is give ankle area support and relief as you walk - I have kept in place and still wear in my shoes even though I am now over the worst in ensuring no recurrence occurs. The only issue to be aware of is they are effectively a wedge for the back of the foot so some care is needed when putting shoes on as they move easily. Also for what they are, they are at the top end of the price range but when you have foot pain that is ultimately a small price to pay!

Very comfortable insoles that don't move and easy to swap between footwear
Bought this product to help relieve heel pad damage in my right foot - Constant pain for over 12 months never understood how i damaged my heel -i assume after a sporting event. Not been able to run / jog for 12 months. Only shoe to relieve pain was "crocs" footwear. Not always fashionable!! Tried many other insoles. Purchased 2 pairs, one medium for harder shoes/boots and one firm for already soft air max trainers. After 2 weeks less pain at work after all day on feet. Not running as yet but hopefully i will be able to progress in the coming months. Positive results so far, thanks ;-) B Davies UK

My foot pain is finally gone
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for over 20 years. I have tried MANY different orthotics, including custom $400+ orthotics. As of August 2020, I had no foot pain. Then I started playing pickleball. My plantar fasciitis was back after the 1st day! I suffered with that for 2 years. I tried different orthotics, physical therapy, stretching, icing, foot massage... some things helped but most nights I had trouble walking after pickleball. In Jan 2022, I ordered these heel cups and found immediate relief so I left them in my shoes all day for several days, but after 3 days my pain was worse than when I started. Then a couple months ago I was researching hiking boots for people with PF and one article raved about these heel cups. So I thought I'd try again, but this time I just wore them a few hours/day for the first week and then increase my wear time. My foot pain was gone after a few weeks! I can hardly believe it. So at this point I am using the softer (gel) version in my court shoes due to the impact I experience while playing, and I have the regular version in my other shoes. If you have foot pain, you owe it to yourself to give these a try. Just start slow so your feet have time to adjust.

With a little patience (no pun intended) they work and help as advertized.
They are easy to use, last a long time, don't smell and oh yeah, help relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. REALLY! They were recommended to me by a well-informed Nike shoe sales rep a few years ago. My right foot healed and now my left has a milder case that is improving. You need to use ice, do some exercise and use these inserts.
