Gemstone Reflexology

Learned many ways to use the gemstone points, along withreflexology points. Helpful in getting a "feel" for using thismethod for healing and relief of symptoms. Highlyrecommend.

Very easy to read and follow. Instructions are good, lots of useful information without too much technical jargon.
