I love this brush. I have fine, long hair I wear in a doubled over ponytail and I back comb with this and it's so much better than using a teasing comb. However......I don't recommend R&S as the seller. He's in London, England. After almost 6 weeks I emailed and he wrote back that it must have gotten lost, no tracking number and he'd send out another one.After four weeks I finally got it. During that time I looked up his reviews and every time someone posted a problem they'd had, he called them "inconsiderate" and put them down. I could feel the creepiness all the way across the Atlantic.But you can probably find this somewhere else. Kent is a well-known maker of brushes. I really love how it feels, how durable it is and how well it back-combs.

Since I received this brush I reach for it everyday. This is my BEST purchase ever!!!!!

It’s not 100% boar hair, its a mix of nylon and boar hair, which was disappointing. I kept it because I liked the pretty etching on the back, and returns can be a hassle, but if I was in your shoes I’d fine one that is actually 100% boar hair.

This is one great brush that I hope to keep forever. It is classy laser etched and feels great in the hand. The bristles are a littlel brutal for most scalps but does a great job with backcombing. a keeper

was so surprised when the mailman had me sign for something from Bulgaria....opened and this brush in it. It is extremely well made and I have used it (carefully) a few times, only because I have forgotten how to backcomb. I took it to my hair salon and all of the gals there LOVED it !
