These are my favorite. I can’t believe the reviews are so bad. They’re pretty mild in taste and not super sweet so maybe that’s why but they’re the perfect balance between sweet, salty, and richness. There’s also kind of a hint of lemon or mint or something. I don’t know what’s wrong with people but these are my go to

Great Deal When on Sale!
Watch for a sale, I got these for an incredible price. Lorna Doones are one of the few packaged cookies that are worth buying. Almost as good as Walker's, but for $26.00, half the price.These run about $4.99 each box in CA and almost $4.00 in Texas, so well worth buying 12 boxes, even if my hips disagree. Should come with the tape I'll need to attach them to my bum, lol.Very good for making shortbread crusts, see Epicurious' Lemon Cheesecake recipe!!

Your cookies have shrunk !!!
Why do you keep shrinking the size of your Lorna Doone cookies ? These are expensive cookies and you don’t need to keep making them smaller . The 4 cookies don’t even fill up the packaging . Stop taking advantage of your customers !!!!!!

LORNE DOONE COOKIES QUALITY ISSUES
IVE BOUGHT THESE COOKIES WITH HOME DELIVERY SHIPMENTS REGULARLY FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. IN THE BEGINNING, THE SHIPMENTS WERE GOOD. THEN AFTER A MONTH OR SO I HAVE RECEIVED SHIPMENTS WHERE THE COOKIES ARE EITHER CRUSHED, STALE OR OVERBAKED. I LOVE THESE AND I BUY THEM FROM AMAZON (MOSTLY), WALMART AND WALGREENS AND STILL HAVE THE SAME QUALITY ISSUES WITH THEM. I HAVE RETURNED SOME AND HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WHEN THE SELLERS REPLACE THEM. I DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM UP BECAUSE WHEN THE QUALITY IS GOOD THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS. IM HOPING AMAZON CAN CONTACT THE SELLER(S) TO ADDRESS THESE PROBLEMS AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IM PROBABLY THE ONLY BUYER THAT WOULD WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT I THOUGHT ID GIVE IT A TRY!
