I bought this for my adult daughter that has epilepsy.Has worked longer than one year. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased this for my mother. You have the option to have the device alert 911 and then up to 5 other contacts OR you can simply have the device send notifications to 5 contacts without contacting 911. Things that you should know when setting up 1) Download the app onto THEIR phone, not yours. 2) Make sure you either have your email account set up on their phone or be able to use theirs. Not doing these two steps will make set up a little harder. We did a test run and it worked perfectly. The only CON I have is the chain is very short. I suggest buying a longer chain and if the device you order is not waterproof; either get a chain long enough they can slip over their heads before bathing or purchase the magnetic jewelry clasps to make it easy for an older person to remove and attach again.We do not get cell phone service where we live but have Starlink and it works perfectly off of wifi.

Difficult to set up no link on page to ADT to subscribe. I bought this for my wife used her information for the registration and then tried to pay for the subscription in my name. By the time I finally got the fob connected the wife made the decision that it's too complicated for her.

Let me just start by saying that if you didn't know this was a safety device, you'd say it's a very pretty piece of jewelry. And THAT'S the point. No one is supposed to know that it can actually save your life. I ordered this for my daughter to wear around campus. We looked at many other safety devices (taser, pepper spray, etc) but they were too awkward and hard to get to in case of emergency. This is easy to set up and in case (God forbid!!) you need it, press it and 5 contacts as well as 911 are alerted and given your GPS location. It's worth every penny we paid for it. My daughter has gotten many compliments by her friends saying how nice her necklace is and they are in shock when she tells them what it is and how it works. Like I said, it's very discreet and could possibly get you out of an unwanted situation or save your life. I didn’t know something like this existed until I saw it on a parent’s FB page for my daughter’s college.

You don’t need to be tech savvy but, if you have a problem, you can email them for even more hand holding to help you install the app on your phone.For work, I attend a lot of evening events in Boston. Having this attractive piece of jewelry protecting me leaves me feeling safe and secure, especially in a quiet, dark parking garage. And as I leave the house, my husband always asks “do you have your invisaWear necklace with you?” How sweet is he?I’m giving this stylish safety accessory a 5 star review because it exceeds my expectations. Love the look of this and my mom wanted something that didn't look like a medical alert necklace. However, this is not waterproof! Doesn't make sense to me because the bath and shower and major places to fall. Sent back due to this big flaw. I would highly recommend the company re-evaluate this and make it waterproof so you can have the look of jewelry and still be protected.
