I have chronic shoulder pain due to a surgical eeror. I have tried everything for relief heating pads, rubs, pills and the most effective relief are these patches. These original patches have been replaced by immitations produced in the US that only stay on a couple hours. I am so happy these are the original brand that stays on all night.

I have been buying the US packaging version for years and via online comments, some people said buying this Japanese version from vendors "worked better" and had better or more ingredients? But once I got this one, I noticed it didn't seem to work as well. I dug up a US box version and while they have the SAME ingredients, the US box shows a higher percentage of each one (?). So it would seem at least, the US boxed version is a little stronger, and at least in my use, they do seem to work better than this one. Both however, unfortunately, leave a red area where they have been used that lasts for a few days, so I can't use them daily as they seem to irritate my skin even when used as directed.

This product has a horribly strong menthol smell. Can’t wear the patches in my body!

Exactly as per description.This works. I have tennis elbow from weight training amd received this today, using it now and can feel the relief. I've tried any patches fr Aus and none as good, this also sticks well, doesn't come off easily so that's a bonus. Good packaging. All round excellent product.

Adhesive is great, they are small and come with a resealable pack to put your open ones in. Two on each strip which is perfect!

I have got quite a few people in my town buying these now, they are magic. They hold the heat for hours, perfect to put on the problem spot before bed and the pain is gone when you wake up. I have MS and issues with spasticity in the muscles in my neck, I put these on before bed and drape a shawl over my shoulders to hold the heat in even more and when I wake up the muscles have untied themselves and I can move again!
