Q: is this a clear gel like the SPF30

It's like a creamy lotion - non greasy. It was recommended by my dermatologist and I love it because it absorbs very well and I have a dark complexion. I have noticed that if I am sweaty when I reapply it, it may look slightly chalky and so have to really rub it in. Wipe away the sweat first and it absorbs fine when reapplying. I've used it for years.

Q: Does this product dry transparent or does it stay white?

It's transparent.. just like a moisture cream.

Q: what is expiration date ?

Found on the bottom of the container. The one I have is 12/21.

Q: Can this be use as a facial moisturizer ?

Yes. I have used this as my only facial moisturizer for many years. I originally purchased Solbar Fifty based on a list provided by a dermatologist. There were other sunscreens on the list as well. I tried this one and have never felt the need to try others. Solbar Fifty is perfect for people who wear contacts as it does not spread like some moisturizers/sunscreens.
