Q: Does this have the regular Kitchenaid product warranty?

Yes it has the one it comes with.

Q: does this mixer come with beaters and dough hook?

Mine did, I can't attest that every seller of a refurbished kitchen aid mixer will include them, but mine certainly did. My purchase was a replacement for one my mom had given me (which is 42 years old and on which my brother had replaced the power cord and had become on/off with no speed control...it flung ingredients everywhere even if you put a towel over it.) So hubby got me a refurbished one to replace the hand-me-down one, for my birthday. It came with everything I would expect a brand new one purchased at a store would. Because I still had the bowl and beater for my mom's older and slightly smaller model, I now have 2 bowls I can use for large projects (like a wedding or graduation cake for example) and a beater that I can dedicate as Gluten Free for my son.
