Sonim XP8 is suppose to be waterproof. My Sonim XP8 I bought from this seller isn't waterproof. I rinsed it off for about 30 seconds now my screen is faulty.

I had to return it. The Sonim xp8 will not work on a Verizon service. I am very pleased with there service.

I've had iPhones and two Razer Phones, which I loved. But those beautiful and complex hardwares are too expensive to be so fragile. Buying a hard case for them defeats the purpose in terms of aesthetics.This cellphone is tough (also heavy), loud and has programable buttons. I also purchased a cradle charger, so the USB-C port doesn't loosen up from excess use, as happened with my last Razer Phone.Don't expect super fast interface response. But it really serves it's purpose just fine.

I've had this phone for about a year. The concept of this phone is absolutely fantastic. The adaptability to do more than most phones is really good. The biggest problem I have with the sonim xpa is the processor. It locks up about once a month to the point where I have to pull the battery to reset the phone. If they could fix the processor issues this phone would be the closest thing there is to perfect.

it wont work in some countries in south america because the TAC registration doesnt check with the label
