Women and Men in Management Fourth Edition

There's a lot you can learn from this book, you just kind of have to get through it. It can get a bit boring since there's a lot of statistics. The book itself is physically laid out pretty good and is made from a magazine style paper. It's just not something I would recommend to someone to read for fun, unless it was for a college class.

This was required reading for one of my classes, and I found much of it very boring and redundant. Reads too much like a clinical case study or a very long dissertation. Boring.

This book contains some eye-opening thoughts and studies on gender roles in today's society.

The Book itself is very easy to read and understand. The quality of it when I received it was in very very good condition. I would recommend this product to anyone is interested in learning more about this subject.

I am using this as a textbook for a class and it is very easy to read. It is filled with a great deal of helpful information regarding women climbing the coporate ladder.

Great book dealing with the issue of gender in the workplace. This book really helps to explain the dynamics involved with this topic.
