Great service & communication, pretty quick turnaround (if you don't need it in a hurry) and they were able to put onto USB stick for me, which I sent separately as I forgot to send with the tape. Oops.Quality is pretty good, I didn't expect much from 25 years old camcorder footage, but the video & sound are watchable & listenable.It's now on YouTube, if you search for "nervous system band live Manchester" you'll find the two videos...

Second time we have used this service and both times the results were great. You do have to wait a while for the films to return to you but it is well worth it. I thoroughly recommend this service thank you very much.

Highly recommended! Was pondering over an 80's vhs tape from an Army parade and tried a few times using an old camcorder etc. but the sound was always off, and mediocre video at best. Wasted many hours over the years.! Why didn't I see this sooner. Well it was worth the wait and the cost, which was very reasonable! Now I can watch back with no blips or sync issues. Definitely saves some memories precious to me. Very very happy 🎊🏅

Found these tapes when having a clear out was so happy when I realised they could be transferred onto cds no regrets I’m over the moon with how they came out

I've used this service twice now and have been really impressed and pleased with the finished result.My old mini video cassettes neatly transferred to a dvd format with titles.Not the quickest but so be it...they were in the draw for 20 years, what's another few weeks?!

I came across a pile of Sony Video 8 tapes recently . Dug out the old player and found it had siezed up and wouldn't play. We sent one off to "Your Memories to DVD" containg footage of our daughters christening from almost 40 years ago . Just watched it on DVD courtesy of Frank and .....so many memories..... I'm now confident enough to send the rest to be converted.Frank is such a good guy.....keeps you informed all through the process. Any messages I sent were answered in minutes . Top man, and the memories are priceless.
