What you pay is what you get. I ordered this watch and it took 6 weeks to get it coming from China. The instructions are really not instructions. They are just statements of what the watch has. The rechargeable Li-on battery will only last about 10 hours. The Bluetooth to my phone is great but if you walk outside without the phone while wearing the watch it loses its connection. The time zones are of no consequence once the time is set. However, the time zone is determined by selecting a city. In my case it was Chicago. But, many times it always reverted back to Bogota by default, but the time set did not change. Messages on your phone can be read on the watch. Answer the phone by watch is easy and speaker very loud. Every day at least once I found myself resetting the time. I believe it was because my phone was too far for too long for the Bluetooth to maintain the time. It would be any where from less than two hours to 20 minutes off. I don't believe the watch is water proof or even heavy sweat proof because the back is a snap on affair with a slot to insert a finger nail to remove. There is a place to put a mini SD card but no instructions on how. I rated a 1 star based on the fact that the watch works but isChinese cheap.
