Three rating because it works but not as efficiently as one would like
The build quality just about barely acceptable, not great - but it does the job. Now for the cons - it takes a while to get the nails filed -approximately 5 to 6 minutes per nail. The trick to avoid frustration is to hold the emery face just about touching the nail but not pressed against it - the motor isn't that strong to take on the added friction. If the motor was a little better, we could have gotten the job done a lot faster.Bottom line:. For the price, you can't get anything better really, unless you're talking about emery paper

The Perpous is not so.lved
The material is not good in look and the motor is not powerfull, because sometimes it stop working when i aplly this on my pet's nail. Hearing the noise of running the machine they runaway. they do not enjoy the process at all. The reason i bought for is gone in vain.

Extremely hard find the rite size batteries for this product.even if you find,they are extremely expensive.more expensive than the product itself.
