Natural remedy
A friend actually recommended this for human use! Tried it out and it provides some additional relief for aching joints, and useful as applied externally Didn’t notice any side effects.

This was recommended on a chronic illness group. I thought I'd try it but wasn't holding out my hope. However, it's fabulous. It soaks in really fast and doesn't leave any sticky residue. The menthol seems to cool under the skin. My skin feels the same but inside is cooler. It has made such a difference to my pain levels. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. A small amount (5-10p size) is enough. It's helped my back pain enormously and any aching muscles and joints I have.
