CHALAHandbag Everyday Tote

I was very impressed with this bag when it arrived! The material feels like very good quality, although it did have a faint smell from the leather which is already fading. The description states that it has a magnetic top closure, but I was very pleased to find that it actually came with a fully zippered top closure. It's also very comfortable to carry due to the wide fabric straps. The exterior zippered pocket will fit my iPhone 6s and I think it would also fit the larger style phones. The owl itself is a nice sized pocket as well, and is large enough to comfortably fit my Kindle Voyage. The inside zipper pocket will also fit my Kindle, and there are two smaller open pockets on the inside as well. I have a 13 inch MacBook Air in a case and it fits inside the bag with room for other items. The inside of the bag also has a strap that you can clip your keys on to keep them from getting lost.

I absolutely love this bag. It’s perfect for meeting my clients because it’s neutral yet has a bit of a conversation piece to it. Very well made. I’m hard on my stuff and in the four months I’ve had this bag there’s not a spot out of place despite daily hard use. Very pleased. I’m thinking about getting the matching wallet now

First off it’s cute! Then it fits my surface pro computer in its own case perfectly. I can then also fit one text book. I’m a teacher and am trying to not lug as much stuff around. Computer and grading all in one cute bag!!!There is also a small zippered pouch that hold computer cables nicely. The giraffe holds your cell phone and a pen (thank you giraffe). There is also this key clip inside the bag that allows you to fish around for the key and then use it to unlock something while it’s still attached. I know! So cool. I actually keep my car keys attached to that and wear my school keys. It works beautifully. I highly recommend it. Well made and worth every penny!

This bag is adorable, but yet doesn't look like it's meant for a 5 year old. I had seen Chala bags at a retailer store front but didn't end up buying one. Of course Amazon ended up having a way bigger selection for cheaper as well. Bag is bigger than I expected but fits nicely under my arm, only thing I'd like better is if the top was a zippered closure but it's still very nice. Very well made, all leather, very pliable. Pockets all well made and ample storage for everything I'd want to take, nice bigger sized side zippered pocket as well as one inside. It looks like it would be very easy to clean as well. I will be bookmarking Chala for future purchases.

This bag has held up exceptionally well, as I tote my tablet, lunch, shoes, and anything else I can cram in there back and forth to work. I love the zipper side pocket (easy to find my phone); the hidden front pocket behind the giraffe's body for easy access to a pen or other small item; the inner hook where I keep my work access card and always know where it is; and especially the exterior key chain which clips on and off the bag and my other keys. I am tough on bags, and this one shows no wear and tear. As a bonus, I regularly receive compliments on it. This bag was my third Chala purchase and it's worth every cent - functional, sturdy, cute as heck, and unique. Perfect for someone who doesn't aspire to look like everyone else. I highly recommend this!

This is a really cute tote. It was well constructed and there were no issues with it when it was delivered. The straps are very comfy and it is taller rather than wider. I am pretty sure it will carry papers, my kindle, lunch, and spare shoes with no problems.***update 8/10/19*******I have been using this tote for a few months now. It is roomy. As predicted it can hold a portfolio folder, my kindle, wallet, shoes, keys, a snack, rolled up extra tee, etc.. The large paw is a "hidden pocket". I had thought the applique was coming off. Nope. This tote is great.

This purse is the best quality. I love it.it is roomy and beautiful.

I love the denim fabric & that it is adjustable into a smaller bag; having 2 types of straps is a great feature too! I wish Chala made more purses out of blue denim to go with jeans!
