Book are good packages and come nicely

I have quite a few books from YPT, Bihar and love them all. This one is great too, they simplify ancient texts and knowledge in modern day language. They are easy to read and understand with rich philosophy.As for the book quality, it’s perfect, print is easy to read and paper quality is good. There are Sanskrit Shlokas written in English and then explained in English. Extremely helpful for those pursuing yoga.

Great book; anyone who reads it looking for some insights on yoga & meditation will defn find it. The translations could have been better in some places. I think they are not very accurate in some of the verses.

This is an incredible book. Written by an experienced master in a long line of respected masters, you will find this book full of helpful, insightful detail not available without the benefit of a personal teacher. Be advised, this read is not for the beginner. You should have a firm grasp on the subject and Sanskrit terminology or risk getting lost and frustrated. I would think of this as a graduate student course book rather than a first year student introduction. If you are ready to delve into much deeper aspects of true Yoga, than Swami Satyadharma is a qualified guide and gifted teacher. If you begin with that grounding in knowledge I mentioned, you will find this well written and enlightening.

The translation and commentary of this Upanishad make it accessible to all who are interested in the subject matter but the text is really aimed at those with a thorough grounding in yoga. This text has been meticulously and carefuly crafted so as to remove any confusion or ambiguity and it is a great manual of kundalini yoga for those with the motivation and time to pursue this great path.

Vedanta pure & simple. No words can convey the worth of having an English translation of it.
