This is the first and last time I am using the Nestle "Premier White Morsels" for trying to make peppermint bark. It doesn't work, and palm kernel oil shouldn't be put in any baking ingredients. Not only is it bad for your body and the environment (one of the most common crops that rain forests are killed for), but it doesn't melt properly. Manure is natural to, so being all natural is all about quality of ingredients and if they work with expectations. Labeling as "Premier White Morsels" is misleading packaging and they shouldn't be located in the baking chip aisle. You fooled me once with labeling "Premier White Morsels" instead of "white chocolate chips" and being on the shelf alongside legitimate white chocolate, but it won't happen again. Shame on you Nestle...hope your sham is worth it, and has saved your investors loads of money. It has been a costly lesson for me and now I will be reading the ingredients on everything I buy from now on. It's Christmas Eve and now after work I have to make an unplanned/special trip to the grocery store to buy real white chocolate then make peppermint bark while preparing dinner for guests, and I will be cursing Nestle's tomfoolery the entire time.

Does not melt!!! I make treats with my kids all the time and this is the only white chocolate I have ever had that would not melt, it stayed chunky and would then just burn.
