Gossie & Friends Big Book of Adventures

A favorite in our house! Love the characters and the adventures they go on. The word/phrase repetition is well done. Will be great for learning to read when the time comes. I read this book to my granddaughters often, and even enjoy hearing my son read it to them. Truly well done.

A lot of the stories together!!

My almost two year old and I picked out Gideon and Otto, one of the stories in this book, out of the library and she loved it. I hoped on Amazon and found a used copy in great condition that has nine stories all together. We have been reading it off and on for 4 months or so and she often talks about some of the characters.After reading each book I like to show her the back cover and let her pick one of the nine stories to read. She likes them all and hopefully in a few years she will learn to read them herself.

These books are not just good for beginner readers, they are loved. For children of all ages with great illustrations.

I love this collection. My kindergartner started bringing home Gossie books from his school library. He and his four year old brother like the stories. As a beginning reader, this collection has built a lot of confidence. The stories are simple and use a lot of the same vocabulary & characters so he gets to practice a lot of words but without the redundancy of reading one same story over and over. It's a book he likes to take in the car with him bc again, so many stories in just one book. He also takes it to his bunk bed and has cuddle/story time with his little brother.

Simple stories that were enjoyed by my four year old. Easy to read text so soon, she will be able to read this book to herself. Sound purchase.

We are HUGE fans of Gossie and Gertie. This collection was a gift for our son for Christmas (3 year old) and he loved it! Still pulls it out often to read, bring in the car, and browse at naptime almost a year later.

Excellent book!! My daughter loved every single story. She is in kindergarten and it was easy for her to read! I recommend this book.

Awesome 9 in 1 hardcover!

Since buying this book of 9, we've bought all the books. It would be so nice if the author came out with more, but these are great kids books!
