A nice product. Good quality. Apt for storage of shoes and ladies big sandals. Slim design for not very wide corridor inside the main door.It took me a while to assemble but the carpentry was fun.

I recently purchased the DeckUp Dusun 3-Door Engineered Wood Shoe Rack in Dark Wenge with a Matte Finish, and I must say, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite the attractive design and promising features, the product quality turned out to be subpar.Within just a month of use, the shoe rack started showing signs of wear and tear. The doors became misaligned, and the engineered wood began to chip at the edges. It is evident that the build quality is not up to the mark, and the product lacks durability.To make matters worse, the after-sales service provided by DeckUp has been extremely poor. When I contacted them to address the issues, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of willingness to resolve the problems. They informed me that repairs would be chargeable, which is quite unacceptable for a product that is only a month old.Furthermore, there is no basic guarantee of even 6 months given to the customer, which is a standard expectation for most products. The lack of a warranty adds to the frustration and disappointment, as it shows a lack of confidence in their own product.In conclusion, I would not recommend the DeckUp Dusun 3-Door Engineered Wood Shoe Rack. The poor quality and lack of reliable after-sales service make it a regrettable purchase. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.

Installation is little difficult

1) it's difficult to assemble.2) the panels are weak3) after assembly, it is not sturdy.4) things started falling apart after a few weeks of use.5) I had a replace the stock screws with larger screws to keep it sturdy as the compressed wood starts peeling away.6) it can only accomodate 2 regular shoes in one door(total 4 door). If you look at one door having 2 levels, the lower can accomodate 2 regular shoes, the upper level is too small to accomodate a regular show. You can only place small slip ons or slippers.Edit- changing to 3 stars for customer service. They sent a technician who made the repairs. The techician knew what he was doing, made sure the finishing was good and didn't leave any marks. Was clean and quick.

Can conveniently fit, 4 pairs of sandals in each section. Adult shoes with big soles difficult to fit straight (can be understood in a sleek model like this).Sleek model that can be accommodated at any corner.Company can drill few holes in each section for circulation of air.Company can think of giving an option to customers with a bigger width show rack to fit in one more pair of shoes in each window. Total six pairs in each section.Overall it is a Good buy. Happy Customer
