Empava 67 In Freestanding Bathtub Deep Soaking Acrylic Tubs with 7 Color Chromatherapy Lighting and RC in White

Lets start with all the bad, then I will get to the good: We measured our floor for the right dimensions and drew it out where the tub would sit.. It is smaller than the dimensions provided from what we can tell. Also it says it will cover most of an adult, and my wife is only 5'4" and it barely covers up to her belly button. THE GOOD: It is super easy to install, however the drain pipe that came with it is flimsy and very thin plastic. I replaced it with PVC, but other than that twist on your hot and cold, connect the drain and you are done. The jets are very powerful. Lastly the kids (6, 8, and 10) love this tub. Lastly, the bathroom remodel we did was a small room, so this tub will fit almost any smaller bathroom (why we got it). This is great for kids but not for adults. We are probably going to put a full sized bathtub in our other bathroom when we remodel it since this one does not work well for adults.

Shipped in inadequate box, not padded enough and Amazon broke it in shipping. It’s too flimsy and fragile anyway. Do not buy because the faucet isn’t able to be worked on, so if it leaks you’re out of luck.

The tub was cute, to small. I don’t think anyone could get all of themselves wet in it. Had to return it.

The media could not be loaded.  Wow it's amazing product, this is the bathtub that will make you feel want to take a bath all the time. Also the jet massage system is so good.I was having an issue to install the tub, but the company is very supportive and give me all the step by step. I'm not the expert but they make me install like an expert. Thank you guys!I'm looking forward to purchase more of their product!

Tub leaks when jets are on. Not only from poor fitting pipes but from the shell itself. Couldn't return because it was installed past the 30 day return policy and still couldn't get repair cost reimbursed even after multiple emails and inquiries. Warning...definitely check operations within timeframes of warranty or you would be out a lot of money for something almost useless.Update: customer service returned contact and reimbursed partial cost of repair. An effort was made.

My home is completely remolded and after the bath tub installation. My contractor discovered that the faucet leaks. We need to uninstalled the whole tub and disconnect the water pipe. This is totally unacceptable!
