Get Rich, Lucky Bitch!: Release Your Money Blocks and Live a First Class Life

I read the book open minded and started following Denise's blog and newsletter in 2013. I started applying some of her advice on goal setting and changing my mindset. 2013 was an incredibly challenging year in a lot of ways, but also very rewarding. I met many of my goals especially the ones I had written down, had on my vision board and had been visualizing. I follow Denise on social media and she is incredibly funny, supportive and personal. Someone I can relate to and who shares her struggles along with her triumphs. I haven't met her (but hope to someday) but I definitely recommend this book if you are a woman who need a mindset shift on your money. This book can help you with goal setting in other areas of your life as well. I personally find her swearing funny because it's part of her personality, but it seems to bother others so buyer beware, she uses a bit of profanity. The book gives a lot of practical tips and exercise, yes work to do on how to move towards abundance. She also talks a lot about how abundance means different things to different people.

I haven't finished the book yet but needed to go ahead and write this review while it's fresh on my mind. And because I found a $10 bill this morning. Yes, that happened. If you read the book, you'll understand the importance of this. The only reasons I can't give this book 5 stars is the title (my son can't understand why I'd read a book with the word B**** in the title) and the table of contents/chapter breaks are very annoying. The organization of the book could be easily improved.

I really like this book. It's not like all the other 'get rich' books out there, that harp on about your thoughts and how thinking differently will change your finances (which is true but not the only thing to do!) and I love how it speaks about the real issues behind money issues - such as forgiveness work and any other emotional clearing that is needed to be done. It's surprising how money issues are so entwined with people and past issues that you may not even think of or remember, which is why it is so important to do this work, and which Denise talks about so well. Denise gives you real tools that actually work with regards to forgiveness as well as emotional clearing. Is it a book that is going to fix your all financial issues? I don't know. Is it a book that will help you on the path to financial success? Definitely. I highly recommend reading this book and pursuing all of the exercises in it - that with any other financial prosperity work you are doing on yourself, will work wonders.

This book is awesome! It's one of the best manifesting books I've read. She truly breaks it all down for you. What I really like is the Denise has you dig deep and realize your blocks on money and then teaches you to release these blocks to finally move forward in your dreams. And she's honest, saying you're gonna always do this and it's hard work...but great things are going to happen!Already great things are happening for me! It's sounds magical, but in one week I've won a contest and am getting a paid teaching position at a yoga studio. And I've had more confidence in my goals and dreams and in my online businesses. I cannot wait until more magic starts rolling in and I'm finally living my dreams.Be warned though! Releasing blocks is heavy energetic work and your body will respond depending how much you releasing. I typically get colds or bad stomach aches, but it's your body balancing all out.

I'm still reading Get Rich and listening to the 1111 Money Mantra on repeat all night while I sleep. I'm a hairdresser and just started a jewelry design business June 1st. Today I had 2 clients call wanting to get on my books for tomorrow and I received 3 custom orders for jewelry today AND I found .15 while doing laundry.Update - And this morning I woke up needing to make a hotel reservation but wanted to use points but I didn't have enough so I was going to have to buy points to make up the difference. Go online and BOOM! They are having a sale and I had enough points. You rock Denise!!!I love how Denise talks and writes like me. I feel like I'm reading a book a friend wrote. I haven't finished the book yet but I am loving everything about it. I've already starting planning my all expenses trip to Paris that I'm going to win :)

Most people would love the level of detail and stories this book has in it but I find myself skimming to the end to the 'get to the point' info. I would still recommend it but I like books like those by Catherine Ponder (quick story followed by what to do) and Florence Scovel Shinn.

I've only read through less than half of Denise's book and done ONE exercise in it -- tracking every cent of income with pen and paper this month -- and I have not only manifested the most money I've ever made in my business in a month, but what I realized is the most money I've ever earned in a month *in my life*, including in steady paycheck office jobs. WHOAH. Denise knows and lives this stuff inside and out and conveys it in such a fun and accessible way. I'm so grateful to have her as such a smart, grounded, fun and savvy role model that creating the lifestyle I want including the money to make it sustainable is not just probable but 100% attainable. She's got some serious alchemical magic in her, this one, I swear.

I just got this book and I love it! Denise is so down to earth and reminds me of myself because I had my share of money issues for the same reasons she did. I have started to become successful now but I sure struggled in the past because I was blocking myself. I am not where I want to be but I feel that this book will help me.I do have the concern of falling into old ways here and there because of money guilt issues. I am always looking to take my life to the next level. I work on myself constantly without judgment and true compassion. Denise is a great down to earth teacher who is a great asset and I know will help me breakthrough even more in my financial life. She is direct, funny and the curse words are great. I am so glad that I am reading her book.

The author writes it in an easy to read language, her sense of humour is a good addition to the text. But somehow the book hasn’t “hooked” me from the beginning. I’m still reading it but with not too much excitement. The author is talking a lot about the energy and the law of attraction (too much brainwashing for me) but gives a very little advice about the business side. I’ve learned nothing new.

Brilliantly written by Denise DT. She really knows her stuff and is in-depth with her knowledge of hardship and how to get out of it and stay out of it. She enthuses to change your ideas and shift your thinking about your lot in life and she is high on my list as a recommended coaching financial book. She writes as she talks so you feel she is just talking/writing to you personally which makes the journey so much easier and her use of the Law of Attraction really makes sense and you wouldn't want to be without it.

Love her work and what she stands for. Avid believer of consciousness and blocks of energy and really can relate to this book. It’s alot of mindset work and is brilliant start to mindset when it comes to money and business. Wish I would have come across her work sooner.

Love love love this book. This book is practical, funny, Denise is down to earth and doesn't hold back. I would highly recommend this book to ANYONE. I found it inspirational, motivating and got me taking action and trying everything she suggests. Worth the read!

I was told to read this book a year ago - I WISH I had! It's a great book! If you're looking for positivity, to work on your mindset and feel good - if you want to make some great changes to your life and you're open - you'll love this book but also get SO much out of it! I'd really recommend it x
