MACHSPEED Trio AXS 3G 8" 16GB Android(TM) 4.2 Quad Core Trio AXS Tablet

I paid for a new device and received a used one! How do I know it was a used device? When I opened the amazon box I immediately noticed the yellow walmart price sticker on the product package. When I removed the item from the box I saw finger prints all over the screen. Then to top it off, there are a bunch of photos in the gallery of customers. Yes, this was a walmart display item that was no doubt used and abused by countless customers and store associates WTF! The tablet is OK. It lags a little but not too bad. The biggest disappointment as far as performance is concerned would be the GPS. I bought this solely for navigation within ride share service apps. The GPS is always off by a couple hundred yards to a mile making it completely useless for operating a ride share app.

I have been trying to install the same Apps that I have on two other tablets, and I am constantly told that I need to free up space by removing one or more of the items that I just installed. I have no less than 11 apps installed on my other tablets with the same amount of storage space as this tablet. And one of the other tablets is an older Trio tablet! That's the only reason I purchased another Trio.I have reset back to factory settings, uninstalled as much as possible and I can sometimes put 2 or 3 apps on it and no more. I am hoping it isn't to late to return this tablet. I expect a lot more for the price.Added on 2/6/2017:I called Tech Support for Trio to see if they could fix the problem. They asked me a few question regarding storage in the settings, and told me to send it back to the seller. ( I used the tech support number online because the phone number inside the box that I was told to call before returning, kept trying to sell me various items and I never reached any support staff.)One other thing, the tablet says it is 3G internally when it should be 4G.

Purchased these tablets for my 8, 7, 4 year old as their first tablets. Keep in mind my children are very rough with their items, so I decided purchasing a reasonable priced tablet was a better option than an IPAD.The pros in these tablets is they are quite durable, can hold many downloaded apps/games, fairly good in speed, and the camera/video mode was very good. The deal also included wireless wifi, some t-mobile data plan but I never used, and 8 gb memory. I also purchased three leather/imitation leather tablet covers. Only a slide in type leather or tablet case which grips the tablet within were available. The tablet cases were quite fashionable, durable, and protected the tablet more.My kids had their own email account and google play store areas and downloaded all free games and had loads of fun. The Netflix app was good too, played movies with no difficulty. Battery life is about 3 hours of constant Netflix and game use. (I know kids should not be using the tablet for 3 hours though, I learned that lession.) The games functioned fast, or at least fast enough for the amount of money paid and for a basic tablet. The screen colors were vibrant and clear screen.Cons: The charging port is annoying. First tablet charging cord did not work and the seller promptly sent me a new one which worked perfect. The charging ports are terrible. One tablet charged no problem with the charger fitting the port snugly. Another tablet wore out faster and the port became loose causing the cord not to stay in place and had to be propped to keep it charging.In writing this review today March 17, 2016 my youngest child amazingly has kept his tablet perfect and is charging perfectly. He had the leather slide in type case. He has dropped it, thrown it, and hit his tablet on the last three months but it is still great. My daughter and son had the clip hold type leather cases with a keyboard and have dropped and thrown it and cracked the screens quite badly. Even though they were cracked they still worked until I decided to purchase newer tablets. The next tablets I bought were smaller, cost $29.00 and had 4 gb. The charging ports are perfect but they do not hold all the games my kids downloaded in the trio tablets and the battery does not last very long at all. So overall the Trio is a great deal with good memory and battery time.

I wrote an unflattering review of this product and it wasn't until my son informed what I and I emphasize I was doing wrong. I had been leaving my Tablet on sleep and many times the unit overheated. Hence it would shut down unexpectedly and reboot. My Bad! Since I've been shtting the unit down whenever I am not using it the unit works fine and I would recommend that you buy it.Once again my previous review was shortsighted

This tablet us perfect for a kid or student. Responsive and easy to use. To setup, you need to call T-MOBILE to get free data plan without submitting your social. You just need Sim card info. Don't try to use app to setup this service as it doesn't work.Sounds is fine and video play back is fine as well. Video calls on hangouts is sluggish and not the best. Voice calls on WiFi are decent. Only thing slightly annoying is the star/compass navigation button that you can't remove from the screen.

This Tablet is a used stripped down model from a major shopping channel. The tablet was given away and it was learned that the tablet had been used and opened. The original mfg box the tablet came in had been tampered with. The outer cover had been cut away and all the packages inserts had been removed. Only from reading the reviews found out that free 200mb and 5gb were offered by TMobile as all information and package inserts had been removed. TMobile was contacted and the free 5gb had been used but the other promotional offers from the shopping channel were still available. A complaint has been filed with Amazon

Totally under powered! I owned one of these before and knew what to expect. Just updating the apps included on the tablet cause a notification of running out of memory. Even after removing the bloatware, I was still getting that message. I even tried to move certain apps to the sd card; that was a no can do situation. I finally gave up and returned it. Addendum: After reviewing the order, I just noticed that the Seller DID sell the tablet as a 4G (data speed) and what I got was a 3G (data speed) tablet. Beware of this seller!
