Better than How to read a book.
I had been had trouble with reading especially examination like LSAT. I needed to read pages in limit time with more accuracy. So I searched lots of books teaching art of reading. But no one satisfied me. Finally, I found this book, masterpiece of reading skill. You know that there are many good material about this article, like How to read a book written by Mortimer Adler. It is great one. You have some problem however if you try to apply skills introduced in the book. In this sense, How to Read Better & Faster by N. Lewis is practical and Real. It teach you and let you know how to read book more quickly and more precisely through numerical and visual means. Now I figured out what's the problem and solutions. Thank you N. Lewis.

Meat and Potatoes of Speed Reading
This book to me is like the meat and potatoes of learning how to speed read for me. It does an amazing job at giving perspective, focusing you on what you should be practicing as you go through the chapters, plenty of opportunities and repetition for practicing the different drills as you put in the effort to improve, tracking your progress as you go. Very encouraging, but also doesn't let you coast, forcing you to push past what you thought your limits were, which is probably what I liked most about this book. The only thing I would recommend, if you haven't already, is to first read a book that covers the basic concepts/practices of speed reading to get familiar with them (for me, that was Essential Speed Reading Techniques by Katya Seberson), then let this one take it from there to let you practice the techniques you learned in the starter book, plus what this one says. There's no real new knowledge, it's just doing the work over and over, constantly trying to improve, and being reminded and encouraged to keep going, and also tracks your progress. Not enough good things I could say about this book, other than that I love, love, love it for how it's helped me to get better and understand how to read faster and better.
