All the packaging is written in German, not Russian, as the other reviewer stated. I just Googled the instructions in English and I found them without any problem. Germans use homeopathic remedies often. They are well researched and are very effective.This product works very well. I've used it as needed for 3 months and it works every time. I have had serious, debilitating bouts of vertigo for 3 years and this product works the best of all those I've tried.UPDATE: On my second order, the packaging was indeed in Russian. I guess it's manufactured in both Germany and Russia or they have a variety of types of packaging. I'm sorry for doubting the first reviewer who said it was Russian. Directions may be in either Russian or German. However, it is still easy to fine them in English if you simply Google "Vertigoheel directions in English".The product is great and I try to keep in on hand for emergencies.
