So this was a replacement PC for a 10 year old dell XPS that was running Vista. While I have other faster laptops, I wanted to get my desktop into this decade and not spend too much money. With a 480 GB SSD & 16 GB memory, I hope that this will be my mainstay computer for the next 10 years.I admittedly took a chance on buying a refurbished computer particularly as there were no reviews on this model/supplier when I purchased. However there were reviews for the supplier (Refurbtek) on other parts, that were mostly positive about what they delivered. So my main concern was if the older, refurbished parts would still have good performance. Not to worry, I got what I expected and more.In short this computer is blazing fast. My boot time is approx. 10-15 seconds from pressing the power button to getting to the login/pin screen. My older PC took several minutes.Shipping: Everything arrived on time (although it was the last day of the delivery window). All in one box, delivered by UPS. The packaging was undamaged, and when I opened the contents(PC, mouse, KB), they looked like they were brand new. The KB and mouse are both Lenovo branded and not some cheap, basic ones that just got thrown in. The KB has many extras on it and I am very pleased. The mouse is your std. laser wired mouse, but solid and works well.Setup: Setup was easy with no issues. so far everything is working fine and as expected. There were some special instructions that came with the PC for windows setup, but it was easy to follow and I had no issues. A big plus: There were no preinstalled "bloatware" on this PC. When I booted up the only icons on my desktop was the recycle bin and a google chrome browser link. Very nice not to see extra stuff that I don't want preinstalled.Pros:- lots of usb ports. Rear 4 (3.0)+ 4 (2.0), Front 2(2.0) ports.- 480 GB SSD + 16 GB DDR3 RAM. More than I will need for this PC and it is really fast making the computer response great.- i7 intel processor. While it is likely several generations behind what the current Intel standard is, I can't tell in the response of the machine.- Surprisingly small size. it is about th1/3 the size of the computer it replaces, and way more performance.Cons (not really cons, but things I would have liked to have):- No SD card slot. It would have been nice for transfer of pics from my camera.- No DVI video port. Std VGA and DisplayPort(similar to HDMI) are the video ports provided. I do not have and issues with the graphis or the resolution though. It is just a port I would rather of had.- No built in WiFi. Expected based on the description. There is a silver lining - you can buy our own & get better speeds. I got a WiFi adapter designed for USB 3.0 ( TP-Link Archer T4U V3 1300Mbps Dual Band USB 3.0 Wifi Adapter, Wireless Network Wifi Dongle with Foldable High Gain Antenna for PC. MU-MIMO enabled, Works with Windows and Mac OS ) and I am now getting 120 MB/s download speeds, where i got about 25 MB/s on my older machine. Life is good.At the time I am writing this there was only 1 of these left so someone will get a good deal. I am sure they will offer similar machines later and that the supply limitations are due to the fact that there are only so many that they refurbish of a certain model.

Works great, plenty of storage space, nice clean crisp video output, fast enough to play a lot of games on! Well worth the money!

Haven't had this very long but it appears to run well and was easy to set up. Like the SSD because it's quiet and fast. Downside is the keyboard is very cheap and the backspace key sticks - I'll probably swap it out for a better keyboard. Unit was in good condition - not exactly new looking but more than passable as a clean unit

The computer arrived 2 days earlier than expected and my family and I have been using it for the past week. Once I set up my MS account on it and turned it on, I was blown away. From initially pressing the power button, to logging in, to browsing the internet took about 15 seconds. You gotta love SSD's. There is no bloatware installed on this unit which also increases the speed and convenience. I already had a MS Office subscription, so installing that didn't cost anything. It came with a tiny USB WiFi adapter but I never used it. Along with the computer I ordered one of the top rated wireless USB 3.0 adapters on Amazon. I think it was relatively in expensive (< $30). Either way, it was plug and play and I get nearly 200 MB download speeds. This computer is used primarily for my kids' homeschool work, but it's so fast and nice that I am starting to use it at home over my laptop. This is helped by the Acer 24" widescreen monitor and logitech 40W speakers w/ subwoofer that I added which makes games and streaming movies awesome. Finishing the unit with a wireless keyboard and mouse; for less than $550 for everything, it's a great deal!The computer is physically like new, no scratches, dents, misaligned seams, or weird noises. This is a quality refurbishment. It still has the Win 7 sticker on it, but it's definitely running Win 10 Pro with a i7-3770 3.4 Ghz processor.Pros: Blazing fast with an i7 (even though its an older generation), 16GB of RAM, and 500 GB SSD; no bloatware (the uninstall programs list was blank when I first opened it); plenty of USB 3.0 ports and 2 handy USB 2.0 ports on the front. Slim desktop case fits nicely on my desk with a nice 24" widescreen monitor sitting on top.Cons: It does not have an HDMI port, the monitor is currently hooked up by VGA. It still looks great and adding external speakers pretty much render this issue null. The item description (and even some lucky customer reviews) mentioned a quality lenovo keyboard and mouse was included. This was not my case. A very cheap wired set came with this computer. They worked to get the unit set up, but I opted to by a wireless KB/M set from the store the same day.Overall, very happy, and the squaretrade protection plan gives me plenty piece of mind for only $17.

Muy rápida con excelente desempeño pero solo duró un día, al segundo día se vieron rayas en la imagen, la volví a encender y pitaba, retiré un módulo de los dos de memoria Ram y volvió a funcionar, después de un par de horas se apagaba constantemente. Nada recomendable

Im glad I got this desktop computer, it is fast, works excellent and I can run audio software without any problem. After reading all the comments, I expected what I got. The computer came with windows 10 Pro installed, I just needed to activate it and start using it. The wifi is a USB key that works fast and well. My computer arrived in 2 days, extremely fast,. I was told at least 2 weeks... Beside all the good features, the price is the best. I recommend this product.

Purchased and shipped up to Canada.Unparalleled performance for the price point. Paid $378 all in for 3rd generation i7 (Processor manufactured in 2012, 4 cores), 16GB of RAM, and 480GB SSD. Four USB 3.0 ports was a great bonus.SSD is lightning fast, booted up from black screen to surfing the web in 23 seconds. Definitely wouldn't use as a gaming laptop, but works super quick for my day to day spreadsheeting, photoshop, movie making, and remote access into work.Keyboard and mouse it came with are complete trash. Buttons and mouse scroll didn't work. No biggie as I had a spare. Seems they package different keyboard and mouse brands with each unit they ship out.No DVI port, which is fine as I can get away with only VGA and display port for dual screens. Computer shipped with a Wifi dongle capable of 150 Mbps, but I upgraded it to one with 300 Mbps and noticed a significant difference.

Got this in March, had to replace the SSD today.

Very happy with the product, W10 key worked great, nice performance for the price.
