Parts Genuine 84621036 Front Driver Side Door Window Regulator

OEM part. Easy to install. Works great.

Just an FYI, for those not familiar, there is locktight , mine was blue in color on the old nuts that hold the unit in place, use a small torch for about 15 seconds , then the nuts will come easily loose , and you won’t have an issue with the pen nuts coming loose on the old unit. Also mine was stuck in the up position, be careful with the top clamps they need the 10 mm nuts completely removed and then work the clamp loose on the window, make sure you have it taped to the door jamb good. I then took and cut the cables going to the clamps so they would fall down, and I easily took the old unit out, with no issues. When installing the new one slide the left side in then the right, put the nuts on the right side first three of them , only a few turns with your hand, then ensure the left side you place the bottom in first making sure the track isn’t hung on the door enclosure and then place the left side in, and place the nuts on hand turn at first, remember the channel goes in front of the window as you are facing the door from the inside, be patient, then put the big connector back together , not snapping the grey connector on, and turn on the truck , raise the guides up and contact the window, slowly, until it is fully extended up to the top slowly, then turn the truck off, and tighten the window clamps,two bolts, and the remaking guide rails till snug, downt over tighten them, enjoy!

Exact part needed. Wish it came with the 4 new nuts. But overall easy to install & works just fine! Will order same for other assemblies if/when needed.

This item comes completely assembled since the electric motor uses a wire system to raise or lower the window. This makes it easier for installation. Perfect fitment for my 2017 Chevy Silverado.

I bought this because I bought a non OEM one and it caused random electrical issues. But this was OEM and it worked exactly like it should. I wish I would not have wasted my money on the non OEM regulator thank you for the fast shipping!!

Driver side door window stopped working and after doing some digging found that a plastic piece broke off the regulator. Unfortunately cannot just buy this plastic piece, have the buy the whole assembly. Little tricky to install but following the 'ole YouTube we got it done. Works great!

I had no problem with installing it went in with ease.

Fit perfectly. Easy install. Would buy again.
