This is a smartly designed facial brush designed for daily skin care including cleaning the skin and it can apply a smooth layer of foundation if desired. It sits on conveniently on its charging base for daily use then inverts into the base for charging.The pack includes a chunky brush handle, a white 'normal skin' brush, a white and brown soft 'sensitive skin' brush, a brown 'foundation' brush and a foam 'beauty sponge' for applying moisturiser. Each attachment slots into the brush head clicking securely into place and there's a domed plastic cover with vent holes to keep it clean when not in use. The instructions are to be found in a large multi-lingual broadsheet and although adequate, presentation could be improved.Charging is via USB whereby the brush head is neatly inverted into its base unit and left on charge for up to 4 hours until the charging indicator changes from red to white. Revlon strongly advise that it is not left on a longer or continuous charge, nor left discharged because either could shorten the life of the battery. A charge following each use is recommended. If used away from home or a power supply it can be charged via a USB powerbank. After charging, the brush can be reversed on its base for storage, with the cover over if desired, and is then ready for use.Usage is simple and intuitive: just moisten the skin with warm water then add a small amount of cleanser to the chosen brush and use it on the face on either of its two speeds for ten seconds per facial area, ie both cheeks, forehead, nose and chin and, because the brush is waterproof, it can be used in the shower. A 10-second timer is built into the brush and a light beep is said to sound to prompt moving to the next area of the face. Alas, I'm still waiting to hear this elusive beep on my brush which hasn't beeped at all yet!I have used other facial brushes which rotate and give quite a thorough scrub-clean by mechanically rotating to exfoliate the skin which can be abrasive and if they're used for too long they tend to lead to some soreness and tingly tenderness or burning. I was expecting this to rotate likewise but instead the brush vibrates with sonic pulses which ensures the Revlon facial brush is just as highly effective while also being incredibly soft and gentle. I think anyone with sensitive skin will immediately notice and appreciate the difference. The skin feels clean, is soft to the touch and looks fresh but it doesn't have any over-sensitivity, tenderness or soreness and even the brush heads are softer too.I have oily skin which is prone to blackheads and blocked pores around my nose so have been using the brush for skin cleansing and noticed a visible improvement over the last two weeks of daily use and would recommend this for anyone else with oily skin, including teenagers and I wish such a product had existed in my teens. Although I don't normally use moisturiser, I tested the cream applicator pad which smoothed cream luxuriously and gently over my face and my dry-skinned mother thought this was a wonderful treat. I don't use foundation so haven't tested the foundation application brush but imagine it would give a smooth, professional-looking, blemish-free result.

Bought it, used it once, stopped working failed to charge and led didn’t light up. Now a nightmare to get any redress

I am so impressed with this! There are a few problematic things with it (which I will get to) but it has made such an amazing difference to my skin.There is almost no instruction with it and actually it was more useful reading the Amazon description of how to use it than the instructions it came with. I used the brush that isn’t for sensitive skin but used it on the lower power setting (press once for low setting, twice for high). My skin is prone to irritation and redness but this worked perfectly. I used it on my forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and there is an unobtrusive beep (which you really have to listen for when the shower is on) which tells you when you have used it for 10 seconds. I used my usual dermalogica cleanser and my face felt so clean afterwards. I tend to only use this in the morning rather than twice a day.I have tried using the sponge attachment but it doesn’t really feel like it makes a difference to moistuiser application so I probably won’t continue with that.The foundation brush was another revelation. I use a liquid concealer with Bare Minerals powder foundation and it applies so well. You get perfect even coverage and my skin looks amazing! And trust me, my skin is not amazing!The unit comes charged already but has a charging cable with no plug. It’s easy enough to plug the cable into a plug used to charge your phone (one end plugs into the charger, the other end is a USB point that goes into the plug) and it charges in about an hour. There are instructions in the minimal leaflet that arrives (large leaflet but contains the same small amount of instruction in about a thousand languages) about prolonging battery life. The brush handle fits into the charging unit which lights up blue so you know it’s on. I can get about a week’s worth of use (using to cleanse for about 60 seconds and apply foundation for about 30-40 seconds daily) on one charge. It comes with the four heads and a weird plastic lid that has holes in it and isn’t practical for that reason (if a brush head is wet and you put the lid on, water will just drip through the lid!) It will travel well as it’s small and you can use another county’s plug to charge it, as long as the current is the same, reasonably easily as long as the plug has a USB point.I have used it for just over a week now and the large pores on my nose and cheeks are definitely smaller and my face generally looks cleaner. Foundation application just gets better and better too. I had low expectations when I got this product and this has just blown me away. It is a little on the pricey side but it does work!

Very simple and easy to use. Great for charging. Come with different heads for different jobs. Left my skin feeling soft and clean

you know how effective they are after you have cleaned the face and the brushes are full of makeup and you have that pre toner really effective cleaned finish -excellent . I then use a toner before adding moisture-I say use 2-3 times a week and you will find quite a notable difference.

Normalerweise geht es mir immer primär um die Funktion eines Gerätes und erst anschließend um dessen Design, aber hier muss ich sagen, dass ich mich gleich nach dem Auspacken in die handschmeichlerische Form, Haptik und Farbe verliebt habe. Dieser kleine „Knubbel“ von Handstück liegt nämlich wirklich sehr gut in der Hand und die matte, perlweiße Oberfläche mit den bronzenen Akzenten gefällt mir sehr.Es liegen 4 Aufsätze (2x Reinigungsbürsten, 1 Schwamm, 1 Foundationbürste) bei und ein, und auch hier bin ich begeistert, großer, die Borsten nie abdrückender, mit großen Luftlöchern versehender Schutzdeckel. Geladen wird das Handstück über Induktion (dauert gute 3 Stunden) in seiner Ladeschale.Doch nun genug geschwärmt, kommen wir zur eigentlichen Aufgabe des Teils.Die Bürsten sitzen fest in der Halterung und die Bürste hat 2 Geschwindigkeiten, wobei ich sowohl bei der Reinigung, als auch beim Auftragen von Cremes die höhere Stufe bevorzuge.eine gute Idee ist der sehr helle Piepton, der alle 10 Sekunden ertönt und den Wechsel des Gesichtsbereiches empfiehlt. Bei Stufe eins hört man ihn gut, in der zweiten Stufe wird das Gerät etwas lauter und dann muss man schon die Ohren spitzen um den Ton noch zu hören. Unterhält man sich während der Benutzung oder hört Musik, dann hat der Ton keine Chance.Positiv:+ schickes Design+ liegt sehr gut in der Hand+ Akku hält ca. 30 Minuten+ 2 Geschwindigkeitsstufen+ sehr angenehme Bürstenoberflächen+ Foundationbürste massiert sehr gleichmäßig ein+ großer Deckel mit Luftlöchern, dass feuchte Bürsten geschützt und dennoch trocknen können+ Schwammaufsatz saugt die teure Creme nicht selber auf sondern gibt sie komplett an die Haut ab+ Wasserdicht – kann auch unter der Dusche benutzt werden+ Ladebuchse ist eine Micro-USB-Buchse, somit ist auch laden am PC möglichNegativ:- Piepton sehr leise- Akku kann nicht ausgetauscht werdenFazit:Die Bürste erledigt ihre Aufgabe perfekt und das Design plus Handhabung sind gut durchdacht, nur der Piepton dürfte etwas lauter sein.Das lässt mich einen halben Stern abziehen und ich komme auf verdiente 4,5 Sterne.
