When the seller says the condition of the book is good, I usually expect that it really looks good. As far as I can tell, this book is at least owned by 3 people. How can I tell? The book is highlighted by two different color highlighters and a pencil. Well, it is ok to use highlighter. BUT, do not highlight ENTIRE PARAGRAPH FOR EVERY PAGE. The reason that I did not return the book is that I have to do the homework in the book every week and that it is wasting time to buy another one. Well, actually, I do not want to rate this book, but amazon emails me. So, just go buy international version, cost much less.

I had to buy this book for my MBA classes. This one was easy to read and I learned alot. Good buy

If you're into Management Control Systems textbooks, I'm sure you'll love this. Seriously though, it's above-average for a textbook, and I've enjoyed it.

This text offers a very up-to-date elaboration of the various control techniques that managers may use and their strengths and weaknesses. It is an excellent tool for managers who are considering improvements in procedures to more fairly incentivize and motivate within the organization, and as holistically as possible.

sorry ,the book arrived barely in one piece my wife was afraid that she would damage it more. it was torn and written in and just in awful shape.

Easy to read

The book is at good condition and is useful.

The book is the exact edition required for a course I am taking.

Overpriced for what we "used it for." I know control systems is boring but the text book does not have to make it more boring. This book has so much writing and is so plain(no colours and so on) that you feel like you are reading scholastic articles all the time. This does not bode well with the "basic" concepts of control systems, better suited for more advance course? Not sure.

At the beginning, I misunderstood that the book was different from what I wanted.Then, the seller explained to me.Even though, the version is different from what I expected, the content is the same and it is a good book.
