Very happy with this even in 2020.
I got this monster machine back in 2017 and it's still great today. I recommend buying another 8gb ram as it will drastically improve the overall performance especially in gaming to reduce stuttering in more modern games. Playing cod warzone maxed out with ease after the ram upgrade. Looks awesome and feels great! Alienware ftw!

Brought a good condition laptop for a quarter of the price I would’ve paid for it.
Drivers are having a bit of issues, I also have windows 11 pro on it and am enjoying gaming at its finest. May or may not get another Alienware since they are so expensive. I think it was overall worth it.

Battery life was low
Battery life is very low, but the laptop itself works great

Returned the product and not recommending in buying this.
Fast and strong at the first 3 weeks but ends up really slow. Can't even handle dota2 at normal speeds and throttles alot. Dissapointed on this so called "Alienware". Horrible.

Don't buy
As soon as I started up the computer I noticed screen bleeding and pixelation. I am a Animation/Game artist and this is extremely frustrating. I would like to know what Dell is going to do about this!
