Corvette Lifting Jack Pad Set (4) - Billet Aluminum

The pads work fine, but only after some clean up on my part. No big deal, but for this high of a price, they should be clean and neat from the start. They arrived pretty dirty with a lot of grease, burrs and tool marks. Then two of them wouldn't fit properly into the slots of my 2001 C5. Like others have said, I also had to de-burr and chamfer the edges a millimeter or so with a fine file in order for them to go in and out of the slots. Just annoying that I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning up new fab'd expensive tools.

I use these things all the time on my c-7. I do wish they were a inch or so taller. I have to use these plus an additional hard rubber puck when lifting my c-7 with my 2 post lift in order for the arms to clear the side skirts.

They would not fit into their slots until I filed them down a bit all the around. I don't know if the paint was thicker on my car or if the portion of the pad that goes into the car was just too big. I had to remove about a 1/32" all the way around. Other than that they work great.

Don't waist your money on the higher priced options. These are just as good as the others. I am very happy with the product.

After hearing about some of the challenges other owners have faced I chose to purchase this item hoping to never use them. With that said I tested the product for fitment and was not disappointed. These jack pads are machined with no burrs or gouges. the product is as described.
