I have purchased two balances from GoldenWall, I may have mixed up the review for the 5kg balance with this one. What I said for the other balance applies to this one as well.Here is what I said for the other balance."This is the 2nd balance we have purchased from GoldenWall. The balance (like the other one which has a larger 5kg capacity) is a great size for tabletop use and the display screen is large and easy to read. The balance is easy to calibrate and comes with a calibration weight. I am very impressed with GoldenWall's customer service. The balance shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I have contacted them multiple times with questions and they have always responded in less than 24 hours. Each correspondence is professional, friendly and of course knowledgeable. They have resolved each and every question or issue we had. That is excellent customer services!Our company has purchased two balances from them in the past 3 months and we will be buying our next balance from GoldenWall as well.
