This redesigned straw cap is a great improvement over the previous cap. It works better and it doesn't make the kind of whistling noise the old cap would make. The only aspect left to determine is longevity. I haven't had it long enough to comment on that, but so far, so good.

They have changed the design so now there is a silicone straw inside the lid. It’s hard to drink out of and it now leaks. I had to replace it because the older ones without silicone kept breaking and yet how they have redisgned it has much more issues...complete waste of money and very frustrated. I will not be giving life factory any more of my money!

The straw is hard to flip up. I have to it my fingernail at the opening to get it to pull up and use it.

I love these tops because I drink more water with a straw on my water bottle.

I was nervous to purchase due to the overwhelming negative reviews and while there may be a chance that I have an update later down the road, I am so far satisfied with this cap.My bottle is over 6 years old so first off, I’m glad it fits. More color choices would’ve been nice and not sure why there is no branding on it but overall no big deal. Cap itself feels sturdy but when I flipped the mouthpiece back I thought I broke it but it’s the swivel design which I don’t see the point of but relieved it wasn’t broken. The straw is slightly longer than id like but it’s functional. Since it’s new there is a slight smell to the silicone straw but nothing too overbearing and gets better after a few washes. A lot of the reviews mentioned that it leaks but I turned the bottle upside down and shook it and no leaking whatsoever. Have to suck a bit harder to drink in comparison to older caps but it works. It’s not perfect but serves its purpose.

I bought the straw top for an extra $10 to fit on my new glass water bottle. I am disappointed because the plastic is hard and the spout is on a swivel, which definitely isn't needed and allows for leakage. The straw inside the bottle is difficult to attach and the rubber part inside the spout does not come out for cleaning. I would not buy again! I loved my CamelBak spout but unfortunately they don't make a glass bottle and that spout doesn't fit the Lifefactory bottle.

ich hatte für meine lifefactory flasche eine art sippycap für erwachsene mit silikondeckel, da der mitgelieferte flipcap sich dauernd von selbst geöffnet hat. da es das andere modell leider nicht mehr gibt habe ich diesen deckel mit trinkhalm gekauft, aber sehr gezögert wegen der teilweise sehr schlechten rezensionen hier. also er ist gestern gekommen, war in einer papierverpackung von lifefactory, die orginial erschien und hatte innen eine lifefactory prägung. sieht stabil aus und funktioniert gut, entweder ohne den schlauch dann muss man die flasche kippen zum trinken oder mit schlauch, dann muss man wie aus einem strohhalm trinken. beim komplett umdrehtest war sie dicht und wenn man das mundteil einrasten lässt, hält es. wie lange wird sich zeigen, da es schon eine gewagte konstruktion ist. wie man die silikonteile zum reinigen innen herausnehmen kann um sie zu reinigen muss ich erst herausfinden. da ich meine flasche aber beinahe wegen fehlendem deckel entsorgt hätte, bin ich jetzt schon sehr zufrieden.

The mouthpiece pivots weirdly which I couldn't get used to, and felt rather flimsy and cheap. Stopped using it after about a week.

The new movable sipper has made it very less user friendly.The straws don’t suck the liquids well.Disappointed.Old ones were the best

After some time the suction arms to not work anymore. Same problem as the straw spout that comes with the bottles
