With the number of data security breaches plaguing the country, I have been wanting to get a secure flash drive. After a little research, I liked this one for its combination of price and military grade encryption. The fact that it is heavier and sturdier than I expected was an added value. I could not believe how easy it was to set the initial password. Once the password was set, it was extremely easy to use. The ease/speed in which data transfers are made is also fantastic. I thought it was great that it does not even show up as a USB Flash Drive in Windows File Explorer unless the correct password is entered.

Metal outside is durable (only had it for about a month so far). Feels heavy duty.Not sure the lanyard is necessary or useful.Loud when keying in codes. Too loud! Non discreet at all.Will see in months to come how dependable.

This is a nice product that works a little differently than similar devices. For one, it charges while it is in use. Others have a separate charger. The charge lasts a long time and the full charge time is great.

So far no problem, just LED not work as is described, like charging but as you find out how to use, then working as expected.One day we planing to buy another one with more memory.

I had a previous encrypted flash drive, from another company, that I was unable to get to work at all. The instructions for this encrypted drive read almost identically to the previous one. I don't know how many times I tried to get it to work. Even watched a video on YouTube, but sure didn't work the same way in the video. Was able to load the information I wanted, but not certain I will be able to access it again! Would not buy this product again.

Die Beschreibung ist nur auf Englisch und wie alle kleinen Beipackzettel knapp gehalten. Also genau studieren und zügig eintippen. Man scheint an alles gedacht zu haben und er sieht sehr robust aus.

Veramente bella, solida, ben curata, cappuccio che aggancia alla perfezione, istruzioni perfette in inglese che si possono tradurre con un comune traduttore on line, il manuale si trova anche all'interno della pennetta che quanto arriva poi essere usata come una comune pennetta, oppure inserire una PW. Se si usa con una PW e qualcuno vuole aprire i file interni é impossibile quanto viene inserita in una presa USB non viene riconosciuta ed è impossibile aprirla, se non con la PW precedentemente inserita, un vero schianto di tecnologia.

This is a beautifully made encrypted flash drive. The case is solid and heavy, the finish is superb, the buttons are good quality (which is important because sticky buttons would seriously undermine its useability). Even the way the cap slides off oozes quality.It is simple to use. You just enter you chosen code twice, pressing the key button before and after. Coloured lights and a ding will verify your actions, or tell you something has gone wrong. To use it you have to key in your code and then plug it into the computer. It doesn't have a code-free insecure mode unless you never give it a code.I have a few observations:Neither the box nor the documentation tells you the encryption method but the listing states that the it is AES 256. This is good. Having studied cryptography I would not trust a proprietary system no matter how good it is supposed to be. Eliminating vulnerabilities is just too difficult.It uses FAT32. I expected it to use a more advanced file system but there may be a good reason, perhaps wider compatibility.If you forget your code, you can send them an email together with the serial number and they will send you a one-time key to unlock it. You may know that in data security the biggest risk is usually in some procedure, not in the encryption. In this case the concern is that someone may steal the drive, find the email address online, and access your data courtesy of the company. To prevent this, as soon as you buy the drive you send your serial number to the company so they can check the authenticity of any unlock key request. This should work to keep you data safe.Overall it deserves 5 stars. It really does feel like a good product.

Articolo di semplice utilizzo e bello da vedere; anche gradevole al tatto. Struttura leggermente pesante ma allo stesso tempo robusta e comoda. Facile la configurazione della password. forse un pochino lenta la lettura scrittura perchè USB di tipo obsoleto. Ma per l'uso personale e non professionale è più che sufficiente.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
