NOW Foods - Zinc Glycinate - 120 Softgels

A little chunky but not excessively so. Taste has not been an issue . I swallowed mine easily enough.

I purchased this product because the supplement came in a softgel and appears to contain a high quality form of zinc. A NIH study is available that says, "the bioavailability of zinc glycinate was significantly superior by 16% to zinc sulphate".

I never thought I had a sensitive stomach - more like an iron one, but this zinc did a number on me. I took it right after eating and it still upset my stomach.

I didn't think about heat being a factor with this online order, but will wait until cooler weather before ordering again. The capsules were all kinda fused together, but after separating and laying them out to cool off, they seemed fine. Also, haven't had any adverse reactions with this zinc like I had read online, so will order again - after it cools off.

I wanted to like this but caused me to have upset stomach. I am extremely sensitive to Zinc.
