I think every body is different, so what works for one person may not work for another. That said, I read about the benefits of CP in a magazine and thought: what the heck...I'll give it a try. My second time ordering. Did some research and thought I would try this about a year ago when I was having constant hunger for the previous year with no rational reason. I'd eat a big meal and then be hungry, almost starving an hour later. Worst hunger than fasting for days. I was trapped in hell, I was mainly bedbound because of spinal issues, EDS etc and on top of it, unable to exercise and eating like some crazed person! This completely stopped my hunger issues and I was able to start eating like a normal person. I was no longer shaking and ravenous. I am Keto now which helps but if I feel like I've messed up anywhere I will take one of these pills to get my hunger back on track. Being bedbound with no exercise has caused some insulin resistance issues and this has helped immensely.

I started taking it with my family and 3 months later my blood sugar was perfect and it has been perfect since then. So yes, I will take Chromium Picolinate until I die. Things that seem too good to be true usually are, right? I wasn't expecting much of this product, but after taking it daily for about 3 weeks it completely obliterated my (practically addictive) sugar cravings. It has even curbed my overall appetite to the point that I've started eating to live rather than living to eat - which is a completely new thing for me. I feel like this is a tiny blessing, and I hope it continues to work for me.

Je prend ce produit depuis plusieurs mois, et j'ai en effet constaté une baisse de ma glycémie. Mais associé à d'autres mesures comme de l'exercice et une alimentation mieux contrôlée, je ne peux garantir que les effets bénéfiques soient dus exclusivement à ce produit, mais je pense néanmoins qu'il m'aide beaucoup.
