Televue's best
After 50 years of doing visual astronomy, I thought I'd seen it all. The 14 mm Delos is perfection. Bought 2 for a binocular scope, the eyepieces just get out of the way and the Universe is revealed. Just about the sweet spot with my 12.5 inch f/6 binocular Newtonian. Really amazing product, sharp, easy and helpful adjustment sleeves, and plenty of field of view, far superior to the 19mm Panoptic. Long eye relief, but your eyes must be in the center and at the right distance from the front lens. Top quality, highly recommended even if it may cost more than your telescope.

Fantastic eyepiece
First and foremost, I live in L.A. which is one of the most polluted cities anywhere. This eyepiece delivered and more for me. I have a new Nexstar Evolution 8 inch telescope, so I decided to upgrade my eyepieces and got this one. When I pointed the scope to Jupiter from my second floor apartment building I could actually see a glimpse of Jupiter's cloud belt. I couldn't believe my eyes, especially because I was observing the planet from a well lit neighborhood that night. Then I moved the scope over to observe the moon and WOW, it burned my eyes. The view was exceptional and the brightness of the moon was so intense I had to attach one of the moon filters to observe it for more than few seconds. So, to conclude, I am buying another one, maybe 12mm or 10mm. I would recommend this eyepiece to anyone who can afford to purchase it because you will not be disappointed for sure. However, having anything less than an 8 inch scope might not be good because this eyepiece is pretty powerful.

After using cheapo starter eyepieces over the last 20 years ...
After using cheapo starter eyepieces over the last 20 years on an old 8 inch SCT, I decided to upgrade when I bought a new 10 inch Dobsonian. Wow, what a difference. Flat field and stars sharp right to the edge. Much larger field of view as well. I noticed that deep sky objects not visible with a similar power plossl popped right into view when using this eyepiece. The only disadvantage will be the dent in your pocketbook. Should last me another 20 years though, so I'm not too concerned.
