Instructions for the car were very vague other wise was great product

I've connected the unit properly. The issue comes when trying to program the unit. Did some digging and it appears this unit has not been flashed. I contacted support and made a ticket for help. Will update review once issue has been resolved. As of now I'm not very happy with customer service.
