I am 75 years old. I have taken magnesium pill supplements for years and still was bothered by almost nightly leg cramps. I also have afib with episodes every few weeks & high blood pressure. I read an article about this easy to absorb liquid as a way to control afib so began taking it August 1st of this year. Within a week of starting to take this, my blood pressure which averaged 130 over 80 started dropping and by the end of September had dropped to average of 116 over 70. I have not an episode of afib for 3 months and my leg cramps have completely stopped. Even though previous blood tests did not show a magnesium deficiency, the test doesn't show whether there is a cell deficiency. This supplement is easier to absorb and has made a dramatic difference in my health.

I've taken a variety of magnesium supplements for many years, for multiple health issues. Some brands had some benefit-nothing spectacular. But the folks at the Healthy Living Store said almost every magnesium supplement has to go through digestion. Love this magnesium! My husband is a long distance runner. He suffered from a persistent fracture that would not heal. Love this product. We use it daily as a supplement to help with pain and neuro effects of Lyme. I also use in a spray bottle for my massage clients. Takes away a muscle cramps immediately and helps calm restless legs topically and internally.

I take my liquid magnesium 3 times a day as part of my natural supplements regiment. The convenience and ease of ordering thru The Healthy Living Store means I'll be ordering a lot more thru them in the future!

Did not live up to the claims that it helps with arrhythmia or tachycardia issues. It did nothing for me.
