These are very refreshing and taste great. They give a little kick - like what you get from a soda or glass of iced tea. They each deliver 80 mg of caffeine (you get 95 mg in a cup of coffee). It delivers a fair numbers of vitamins, including 100% of the Vitamin C you need each day. I like that the cans are tall and narrow because they take up little room in my refrigerator and lunch bag.

Not much artificial flavor

I love the taste of this energy drink, but wish I could get the Diet drink in different flavors also. The only con I have is that it arrived in a wet box which made it impossible to pick up. It had not rained in my neighborhood, so I don't know what happened since I have not found any busted cans so far.

V8 energy are my favorite "energy" drink. I really like the diet one as an option for keto/low carb. It tastes pretty good, and the caffeine effect lasts quite a while!

I thought I had read the description and ingredients but gave it to my granddaughter as I cannot tolerate the caffeine. I have not asked her if she liked it which is the reason for lower ratings.

Helps to stay up at night when working nights and works well with alcohol.

im addicted; after surgery, carbonated drinks is prohibited. This gives enough fizz to satisfy that craving. Only 10 calories; no sugar, great nutrition! Winning all around!
