Compact instrument that is sim0le to use.
We travel to Europe on a regular basis with our dog. I like to check his microchip before setting off to the port in both directions. It is a neat, little device that has operated perfectly so far.

No software included. Don't know where it uploads to on computer. Instructions are very poor.
This scanner is easy to use but there is no software to find the chip details. No information or anything. Instructions don't mention anything about software.

Works well but emits loud beeps for no reason
The product came fast and works fine. However for some reason i cant really grasp the makers felt the need for the device to emit a loud series of bleeps when used. This serves zero purpose (the display indicates its searching for a microchip) but does serve to irritate and annoy the cat/dog/kitten etc one is trying to identify. My cat leapt off double quick for example. Why does it need to beep? Given the product is likely to be used for potentially stray animals which are not known for their relaxed demeanour its a very hard design choice to fathom.

facile à utiliser
J'ai adopté deux chatons noirs de la même fratrie, et j'ai beaucoup de mal à les distinguer pour l'instant. Grâce au lecteur de puce, je peux vérifier l'identité de chacun. Le lecteur est facile d'utilisation, et ne fait pas peur aux chats. Il lit d'assez loin, si bien que je peux m'en servir facilement. Un peu cher mais ça évite une visite chez le vétérinaire!
