I needed a rotary tool for my jewellery making and I couldn’t get along with the dremel we already had as there was far too much faffing around to get set up, when I’ve got an idea in my head, I need to just do it and not spend ages preparing to do it. I had to buy more collet/chuck things for it (I don’t know the correct terms) so it could use a smaller drill bit, but once I’d got those, I was off and running! (Do not run while holding this tool, it could be dangerous)I have used it for drilling, sanding, filing, engraving and buffing. I have had it several weeks now, used every day for around 20 minutes each time and I haven’t had to charge it up yet. This battery lasts forever. I hope I’m not destroying it by doing this, I’m just waiting til I need to charge it before I do charge it. It fits in my hands comfortably, I’ve accidentally slid off the item I was trying to work on and jammed it into my hand several times and it hasn’t required a hospital trip yet, so all in all I thoroughly recommend this product for all your crafty and home DIY needs!

within 2 days of using this drill /grinder/ i needed to charge it up, you get the uk plug with the earth and the us plug with the 2 pins, both if these stopped charging within an hour of each other so without the proper charger which is a 9 volts @ 1.0A i cannot use it.It would be nice if the seller would replace these chargers as the drill was a decent unit otherwise i have bought this item for nothing

Update on my initial review below.I used this again yesterday to sharpen a pair of garden shears, got one blade done brilliantly, started the second & the machine just stopped working. I put them back on charge, green light was showing so all good at that point. Returning to them about 2 hours later the charging light was off, switched it on & nothing.I’m trying to find out how to contact the seller to see what they say & will update accordingly.Shame as I love using this gadget.This is a fantastic little tool. I’ve used it for drilling holes in plant pots, sanding, taking rust off a large metal plant pot & then buffing it out. Came up a treat!! There’s loads of different accessories I’ve yet to use but I’m glad I bought it.Charges so quickly, it actually comes with a UK plug plus a US one?It has 5 different speeds for different types of jobs.I don’t know how long it holds it’s charge but since buying a good few weeks back I haven’t had to recharge once.I’m actually planning to use it for engraving stone soon. Will post pictures when done.Brilliant competitive price compared to the well known brand. I can’t fault it in any way.Highly recommended

Great bit of kit, very versatile, easy to use, comes with loads of accessories and a nice carry case. I really like this tool.
