Perfect.
Smallrig always kills it. This nifty little guy is perfect for the Ronin-S. Use it with a tiny articulating arm to mount an external monitor or mic. Well built, threads are smooth, packaging is perfect. I wanted to say it was a little expensive at first but honestly.. I purchased one of those bottom mount arms as well from a different company, which include shoe mounts and other little accessories, and wasn’t much more than this.. but build quality is mediocre. Threading sucks, fitment is suspect, accessory shoe mounts don’t stay put. Point being, this was worth it.

Great add on
I previously used a clamp to mount my monitor to my ronin s but since the grip is also the battery, I was always concerned that I could damage it. Now, no problem! Just screw it in to the side. Is nice that it has different threads available. It does replace the slot for the follow focus wheel, but the wheel never supported Sony anyways... and I can just use touch focus... so really happy to use this.

Smallrig products are always exceptional
Not much to say. I got it for the Ronin S to attach accessories to it such as an articulating arm to place a monitor or shotgun mic on. Securely attaches to the ronin and comes with the screws needed. Never had an issue with smallrig stuff.

Does what it is supposed to do.
I picked this up for my Ronin SC. Huge improvement over the factory accessory plate. Well made to say the least.

Almost awesome.
Have to put it on upside down on the left side to give the battery latch room to work. Could have been avoided if they drilled the holes in a lower place. Also a little bulky, but good build quality.

Solida y Práctica
Queda muy bien en el Ronin-S. Yo cometí el error de pensar que el espacio de en medio era de una zapata fría; no es así. Afortunadamente, cuenta con varias medidas en sus orificios. Pude colocar la montura para monitor sin problemas. Solida pieza, recomendable.
