Okay so these shoes are just leather and wood, you are standing directly on wood, there is no inlay sole between your foot and the wood- it would be hard on your feet wouldn't you think? NOPE! They are not, they are extremely comfortable. I have worm them to work for three days now where I stand 5 hours a shift and have forgotten to take them off when I get home. I was so tired one day I fell asleep in them with all my clothes on onto of the bed. I have walked around the city with them and come home late, they never have hurt my feet. I actually have a hangnail I savagely ripped off on my left big toe that got infected, I cant wear any other shoes except these clogs because the toe box is big enough that it doesn't irritate my messed up toe. Most amazing shoes ever. In fact I love them so much I bought two other pairs in different styles (the Brett and the Nice). They are very easy to clean because its just wood and leather and I am really hoping they will last me for years to come.

These shoes are so beautiful... really well made. I am returning them however.I used the online size guide where I measured my foot and ordered the indicated size. I normally wear a size ten and it had me order a 39. The shoes when they came fit my daughter who wears a size 8.5.Plus they were very narrow. I will try again with a longer length but doubt they will fit my wider foot. Worth a try as these shoes are fantastic. The leather is very stiff and will need some breaking in.

Update: I contacted Sandgren (USA) and they will not replace my shoes. Their reason is that I must have “come in contact with a hard surface” and split the sole through abuse. I can 100% tell you that these shoes have not been abused. I haven’t even worn them much; maybe 4 months last summer and a few weeks this summer. They have definitely not been worn out. The tread is still pretty new! Also, I am very careful with my possessions, and was especially careful with these shoes since they were:A. My favoritesB. Almost $200And anyway, try walking and not “coming into contact with a hard surface”?????? Pretty ridiculous reasoning....I am flabbergasted and deeply disappointed that there is no customer support. Now I am out $200, my favorite shoes and faith in this company.They did offer me 20% off a new pair, but I can’t see why I would buy them again if they are just going to break (and break my heart).Original review: I adore these shoes! They are super comfortable especially when I have to stand for long periods at work.I had to reduce to one star because last week, completely unexpectedly, the staples came completely out on one side. I had to trip around very gingerly until I could get home from work to change.I’m going to get in touch with the makers to see if it will be easy to replace, but until then I can’t recommend.Also, I’m a 10 1/2 and had to order 12 to fit. FYI.

I was very hesitant to get these after reading the reviews, but they are really cute. I had no problem with comfort or a need to break them in. If you like FreeBirds, these are much more comfortable. I have done a lot of walking in them and never had any issues. I’m thinking about getting more colors, dress them up or dress down, they work either way.

I usually wear 9 or 9.5, and ordered size 40 per the measuring instructions. The clogs fit fine, but there’s no extra room for wear with socks. I would order one size larger if you want to wear them with socks. The leather is a little stiff, but I’m sure it will soften over time. They seem extremely well-made and the design is practical, beautiful, and timeless. I’m looking forward to wearing them for many years to come!

The size is larger than a normal 8 . When I open the box there was a dirty pair of socks! My office partner and I figured a got a returned pair that o checked! Crazy! It’s a first!

I wish I could give 10 stars, these are incredible! I consistently wear an 8.5 so I ordered the 39 and they are perfect. Comfortable to wear out of the box surprisingly. The first time I wore them I ran many errands all over town while wearing my 15 month old and I had no issues walking in them whatsoever. The heel height is perfect- low enough for comfort but high enough to be fashionable. I have already ordered two other pairs and I have a few more on my wish list.. I originally ordered a cheaper brand of clogs (mia amore) and they in no way compared to the quality of these. Buy them, you won’t regret it, I smile every time I look at them, they are such happy shoes (if that makes any sense!).

I will begin with the assertion that they are cute shoes. However, they’re badly constructed, which is unconscionable at their price. My roommate pointed out that the staples seemed uneven along the front of the shoe and then the sole of one started to peel right off after only wearing them a handful of times. What puts the kibosh on the whole thing is that they are terribly uncomfortable to wear for longer than ten minutes and I wouldn’t recommend any amount of walking in them. Very disappointed.
