When I opened this package one of the four ink cartridges was already leaking inside its clear package. I opened and installed one of the 3 others ( I have installed many before) and the printer readout said no ink detected. I removed and reinstalled it, same message, plus the printer readout said to install a certified Brother product. I tried a second new cartridge several times and had the same results. Yes this is the correct cartridge part number for my printer. Of course I will be returning these for a refund.

Be careful when you open these individual ink cartridges and take off the plastic ink cover. I opened the 1st one and the ink came spilling out! It got all over my hands and luckily missed my rug. Good value on these. Have just put in my 1st one & it works, but I do not know how long each ink cartridge lasts yet.

I've gone through two of the four cartridges so far, and there has been no discernible change in quality or how long they last, when compared with MUCH pricier equivalents (I'm not even going to mention the certified-HP variants...). They are just as good for a fraction of the price! Like a really small fraction! Even if the other two are duds, which they give me no reason to expect, its still a huge savings! A++

I really hoped this was going to work out, but it looks like I’ll be sticking to the expensive name brand cartridges :( These worked good for maybe 10 prints, and then nothing or fragments of print lines making no legible words. I thought maybe it was empty already so I tried a new cartridge, and same results but with zero legible printouts. It’s too bad.

Seem to work perfectly. Have been using inexpensive, generic cartridges for years ever since I purchased my Brother printer (it has almost never seen an original Brother cartridge), and the printer still works well after many dozens of cartridge replacements.

They're a reasonable price, just wish they woulD last a little longer
