For starters, the taste of this product is fantastic. I’m really sensitive to certain tastes and this barely has any. I use this in a green smoothie, my tea, coffee, pancake batter, breads, soups, etc. Originally I had gotten this product for a better complexion and bone flexibility - also, my overall production of collagen which I definitely didn’t receive enough of every day.
